The Annata IDMS solution comes with both a vertical and horizontal focus.

The vertical focus handles all automotive specific things such as the vehicle import and sales, parts import and sales, used car trade-ins, service orders and claims.

The horizontal focus is a set of features that are important to the automotive operation, but can also be used for other businesses. It includes features such as advanced document handling, dynamic form filtering, electronic invoice scanning and approval processes.

Device management

Extensive functionality to manage your devices (vehicles, equipment etc.). Multi-brand management. Creation of device cards via configurator and purchase order. Integration with OEM and other partners, including authorities. And much more.

Case management

Extensive functionality to manage your cases (service orders, warranties, maintenance plans, recalls et.c.). Multiple workshops management, time slot reserving, clocking, operation codes, joblists. And much more.

Fleet management

Extensive functionality to manage your fleet (service contracts, maintenance contracts, loan contracts etc.). Keep track of contracts, bill the contracts, handle contract documents, service and maintenance schedules. And much more.

Warehouse / spare parts management

The systems has extensive functionality to manage your warehouses and your spare parts (and accessories).

It allows Item creation from external supplier lists and automatic pricing, as well as handling of various order types (vehicle down etc).
